Really lovely time here with my two children (5&9). They were completely engrossed by all the role play rooms and didn't try to drag me in their once, leaving me to enjoy my drink.  There was a member of staff interacting woth the children at all times which is something I've never seen anywhere else! And in my opinion, this made a big difference and was just so lovely to see. Excited to see the gaming room next time and I hope you get those issues fixed with BT. Good luck we will be back

Really lovely new addition to Cwmbran Town Centre. The role play village is lots of fun for littles, with very friendly staff who interact and play with the children wonderfully. The sensory room is also fabulous, for all babies and those with any sensory or additional needs - only pointer would be that the heavy swinging door is a slight hazard (if a baby is sitting directly behind it) - maybe it could open outward instead? Toilet facilities are also very good! Would definitely visit again :)

Looks bigger in pictures, really small and big tables takes a lot of space away takes away from the play area.
Small but cute play areas, nice to see staff interact with children. Definitely for smaller children. Few tweeks here and there and will be better. Sensory room is fab again could add more.

The boys had a lovely time here, they didn't stop! They were so engaged with everything, exploring each room. My 4yr old was especially interested and loving the vets whilst my 2yr old really enjoyed the sensory room and shop. Enough suitable for both ages and kept them both busy. We will be going back!

Lovely play centre with lovely staff.  Some really lovely touches such as the sensory room.  My 4 year old enjoyed it.  It is small so easy to keep an eye on your little ones... coffee is also good!

My granddaughter loved her first visit , the little hairdressers, vets clinic were her favourites  also the little cinema, playing Disney's frozen, all spotlessly clean...she also enjoyed the sensory room ...fab couple of hours  plus the staff play with the children which I found lovely

I disappointed about treat and play. My son and I have been to many soft play areas and we will go back to all of them expect this one Treat and Play we don’t want to go back . It is small and for what is there expensive. There was little for my son to play with and I wasn’t impressed that there was a TV room , I take my child to soft play areas to play not watch TV which he can do at home.

Would be better if parents would leave the children to play without going inside with them firstly there’s not enough room for adults aswel secondly soon as an adult goes in it makes my child feel uncomfortable due to the lack of space which then they want to to go in as they feel uneasy which then there is even less room for them all to play

Very happy with the organisation. A variety of things to do for toddlers. Sensory room was a wonderful experience. Glad this has come to Cwmbran. Open Sundays as well which is a bonus. A great place for development through play. Spread over a much larger area than expected so lots of room. Staff were enthusiastic, informative and keen to help.

Treats and play is absolutely fabulous! So much for the little ones to do, it's not overcrowded so you can enjoy playing with or watching your little one play. The staff, especially Sarah was amazing. Not only are staff constantly cleaning/tidying, they give the children their full attention. Absolutely amazing place, we will be regulars for sure!x

A really well thought out little place. The role play area is lovely & definitely encourages the little ones to interact with each other, something other places miss out on. A mini cinema room which was great.

The sensory room for babies is brilliant and even interested my 4 year old. They did songs & dancing for one of the children's birthday which was a nice touch.

They do offer a games room but we didn’t book that so we can’t comment on that.

I would hope at some point you can just walk in rather than booking as I know that would be super handy for those already having to go to town.

Fab play area. My grandson really enjoyed playing in the different style rooms. Great role playing ideas.  Only 1 little niggle though. The play area is constantly being tidied up. Even when the kid’s are playing with the toys. Please just leave the tidying up until the end of the session. No one cares if there’s a dog watching a film. Or bricks in the hair salon . Maybe play some songs in the background. Sorry this isn’t meant as a bad review.

Amazing PlayStation's for children however do need to monitor and enforce the parents and children wearing shoes in the play areas as it's meant to be shoes off for everyone.

Really enjoyed the session. Really nice how the different rooms allows the children to role play. As it’s only small it’s a fairly calm environment compared to other play facilities. The staff were lovely and interact with the children, having bubbles and songs in the sensory room at the end of the session.

We came today after seeing it advertised on Facebook and we loved it! The sensory room was amazing with so much to do and interact with. Then into the role play village and the toddlers loved it! So many different areas for them to explore and use their imaginations. We loved the little cinema room too. Staff were so lovely and friendly and interacted with the kids lots! What made it even better was that we didn’t have to go and buy drinks as they came round and asked us and left them on our table. Thank you for making it such a lovely experience. We most definitely will be making it a weekly visit here! X

Really lovely little place in a really handy location. A tip would be to park near Asda and Primark as it’s really close. 
Staff are very attentive and there has been a lot of thought gone into the little role play sections. Myself and my 1 year old will be back soon!

My two and a half year old absolutely loved it at Treats and Play. He had great fun at the till checkout and was happy to play with other children. We could sit at the table enjoying a coffee with him in full view was perfect! The sensory room is a huge bonus for the place too. Staff very friendly and engaging with the children too which was lovely. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was because we didn't realise you did food and ate before we came. Will definitely be back and order food too 💖

I liked the sensory room but my partner thinks it could have been more interactive. We really enjoyed the role play area but wish it was a little bit bigger with possibly two or three more rooms, like a doctors or ambulance, fire station and a police station. Or perhaps a pretend school classroom for the pre schoolers. I liked the cinema room idea but the sound wasn’t in sync with the picture so it was short lived and it seemed they just played Little mermaid over and over. Another issue, small but worth mentioning… the bottle of orange juice was passed it’s best before by 4 months and didn’t look good so we handed it back. Over all I enjoyed my experience with my 3 year old, she seemed to enjoy the sensory room and the builders area, the pretend home with the kitchen was fun! Just wish it had one or two more areas to have more to do for 2 hours. I found it very quiet when we went which was good so my daughter could use all the rooms without other children taking up all the space but a little bit disappointed as I wish there were other kids she could have played with, was surprised how dead it was but perhaps they do the bookings like that purposely. Glad there’s something different than the standard soft plays I can go to now with my daughter, she likes her role play so we will come back. I did ask about the gaming room with a member of staff but it seemed she didn’t have much info on the apparent tournaments that happen and we had a quick look in the gaming room and it looked like it hadn’t been used in weeks, random stuff in there and just looked like a storage room. I think if you advertised it more for adults as well as children, you would get a lot of interest in the gaming room and more use of it. Overall 7/10

It was the second time we had visited with our 3yr old granddaughter, the first time we just walked in hoping there would be space and the second time we booked in advance. It is so lovely inside, plenty of imaginative role play areas, clean, well kept and very welcoming. We love that it is small, and therefore only limited numbers can attend, no huge and noisy soft play here!  Staff are really good, obviously love children and good coffee  too! Highly recommend.

This is a much needed play zone for children. It's wonderful.  Smileytown is so well done. It ignites a child's imagination perfectly with all the wonderful resources. My grandson loved the construction area. Its brilliant. Well done to the staff . They are all so welcoming and lively. The food is good too. Best jacket potatoes in Cwmbran,  and the kiddies meals are excellent value. Congratulations 🎊

I have been to Treats N Play with my little boy 4 times now and every time the staff have been so friendly and chatty. The Role Play area is super lovely and filled with a huge selection of excellent toys. My little boy absolutely loves it. We haven’t yet explored the sensory room but I always peak in there and it looks very calming. The whole environment and set up is very inviting. We look forward to many more visits!

My boy loves playing in all the different sections I like that there's something for kids of all ages. Great couple of hours for my little 10mo. There’s so much available for them to play with and experience. The little baby play pen is great with the ball pit and the sensory room was outstanding. The menu had lots of healthy choices and obviously some sweet treats! Changing facilities were good too. Cannot wait to come again.

I took my 16mth old  grandson to Treats & Play, for the first time recently. He had a great time wandering from one room to another; from the kitchen to the vets, to the shop, the cinema and the hairdressers. There's amazing attention to detail in each area, with just about everything you would find in the real thing. My grandson also enjoyed the under 2yrs play area, which has a ball pit, and he spent a good while in the sensory room. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the areas and the toys; a lot of thought has gone into creating each area. We didn't eat on this visit but there's a good choice of hot and cold snacks for big and little people. The only thing I would recommend to the owners, is that they place covers over any unused electric sockets. We noted there are some in the sensory room that little fingers can reach. All in all an enjoyable visit and we will definitely be booking in again
